1 ripe banana
1 C oat groats soaked overnight
1 tbl. ground flax seed
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 C raw almonds, soaked overnight
1/2 C raw hazelnuts, soaked overnight
1/4-1/2 C filtered water
1. Add banana, soaked oat grouts, ground flax seed, cinnamon,1/4 cup water almonds and hazelnut and zap until well blended. If needed add a little more water mixture should be well blended ,smooth and thick. Spread mixture out onto Telflex sheet in the dehydrator. Dehydrate at 105 for 6-8 hours. After 4-5 hours you may nee to flip cereal sheet depending on your dehydrator. Dehydrate until crisp or texture of your liking. Break into bit size pieces, store in glass jar.
***This makes a great cracker or with less dehydrating a great breakfast bread.
